Delivery
We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and will usually dispatch your goods within 1 working days of the receipt of the order subject to satisfactory payment being received.
Individual items to the Uk are shipped via Royal Mail, larger orders are shipped via national couriers. International orders are welcome on most items and delivery time is approx 3 days to 9 days. Shipping is via Royal Mail or couriers. All deliveries are insured.
In the event of our courier not being able to deliver within seven days of the first delivery date, goods are returned to our warehouse and re-delivery is chargeable to the customer.
Returns
You may cancel the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product subject to the following:
- Written notification must be made within 7 days of receipt of your goods in writing by email or post stating your name, address and transaction number, fully outlining the relevant issue for the requirement to return the goods.
- No refunds of delivery charges for the delivery of the outgoing delivery or return of goods will be paid. Replacement goods will attract delivery charges in accordance with the current rates displayed in the shopping cart.
- Returned goods must be in a fully resalable condition in their original packaging unopened, complete with all tags, leaflets etc. Customers returning goods are advised to obtain relevant documentation from the Post Office. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please note:
A restocking charge of 5% of the value of the goods will be made on cancellations
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a faulty condition, please advise Calculatorsdirect immediately by phone or email within 24 hours so that we are able to replace them.
Guarantee
All the products on the website carry a manufactuer guarantee from the date of the invoice. This does not apply to faults caused by neglect or misuse.
If the product does fail within the guarantee period, our customer services team will arrange for repairs or by return to the manufactuers authorised service agents.
Delivery cost may be payable this is dependent on the supplier and must be confirmed before return.
Incorrect or Incomplete orders received by the customer
In the event that the goods you receive from us are incorrect or incomplete, please notify us in writing by e-mail or fax, within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims after this time.
