The product came with a non-UK plug. Most reassuring is that the shredder is working OK (compared with negative experience of shredders tried before): can work for a sufficiently long period of time and does not jam for no reason. Appealing in appearance. I do not shred regularly but when I do, I have quite a bit of paper to shred.
